Volunteers are still working tirelessly to complete volume II of the Sevier County Heritage Book. More than 400 stories have been submitted and are in preproduction right now. Soon workers will meet with the publishing company to submit the entire work. Watch for future articles or check the history link online at www.sevierlibrary.org for an expected completion date.
SCPLS Genealogist Tim Fisher and other volunteers are pleased with the quality of stories and photographs in the volume II submissions. The book has been a large undertaking, and they express their appreciation for the patience of those who have preordered and are waiting for the new book.
